How Can I Be More Fun Funny Without Gettin On People's Nerves?

need advice on this cuz im really shy n i want to talk to some gurls that i really really like...but before i talk to those gurls i wanna know how not to be shy n be more funny so that they dnt think im borin...also any tips on how to flirt with a girl i like n how to talk to a girl i dont know but really i like???

    I Love It When Guys Are Mates With Me, Talk To Me About Everything, And Joke About. Just Do That With A Girl And Its Always Friends Before Bf-Gf.
